Where do I start?! Firstly my name is Lauren and if you couldn't tell, I LOVE ICE CREAM! But I haven't always made it. I graduated university in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and went on to work offshore in the oil industry. I got to travel and meet new people from all over the world for a around a year before I got made redundant. I realised shortly after this that I wasn't happy doing what I was doing so I looked at other passions of mine, FOOD! I've been baking and making cakes since I was able to walk and got my first job at a bakery and celebration cake shop when I was 16. I love baking and with ice cream I can combine both my passion for frozen desserts with my love of baked goods to create some really special treats.
